Welcome to Connect Enterprise
Connect Enterprise is an enterprise integration middleware that exposes PRIMO's transportation capabilities through a standardized REST API. It enables external companies, partners, and customer systems to quote, book, and manage OTR and Drayage shipments without direct access to PRIMO's internal infrastructure.
What is Connect Enterprise?
Connect Enterprise acts as a secure abstraction layer between your systems and the PRIMO logistics platform. You send REST API requests; PRIMO handles carrier communication, rating, booking, and operational workflows behind the scenes.

Core Capabilities
Authentication
Secure bearer token generation using OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials flow. Each environment (DEV/PROD) uses isolated credentials. See Authentication.
OTR Quoting & Booking
Submit shipment information like origin, destination, commodities, accessorials and receive carrier rates from the PRIMO network. Confirm a rate to create a binding booking. See OTR Overview.
Drayage Quoting & Booking
Request container movement rates for Import and Export operations between ports, rail ramps, and warehouses. Book directly after rate selection. See Drayage Overview.
Operational Tools
Utility endpoints for freight class calculation, accessorial lookups, container reference data, market listings, HS codes, SSL codes, and terminal information. See Tools Overview.
Customers
Retrieve the customers and customer branches (CustomerBsns) owned by your organization. Use this endpoint to obtain the customerBsn and customerNumber identifiers required for quoting and booking operations.

Getting Your Credentials To start integrating, contact the PRIMO team to receive your Client ID, Client Secret, and Customer BSN values for your organization. Each environment (DEV/PROD) has its own dedicated set of credentials.
